    Pharmacy does not follow up on prescriptions that has no refills. Prefers to wait till customer needs the refill making them wait which in some cases is days

    Well run small town drugstore. Has a very reasonable selection of cosmetics, toiletries and such. Great staff and knowledgeable pharmacist. Prices are not bad for a small towm

    What this all means is multiple trips to pharmacy when one trip should have worked. Also means multiple charges on a prescription when a three month refill when refill is split in two because Refill did not cover a three month period and pharmacy has not pro actively faxed in for renewal.

    Refill charges are higher than Thunder Bay for seniors.

    Pharmacy does not follow up with customers even after they have agreed to do exactly that.
